We have two users (Admins) on the website, and I have entered 32 testimonials but the other admin can’t see these testimonials in the admin. They can only see the single entry they have added. How do we both get to see ALL testimonial entries in the admin? Hi @singhwise We have tested the problem you described, but found no such issues. If both users are administrators, then both users can see all the testimonials because this is the default WordPress behavior. You need to make sure that both users have the Administrator role in the user profile ( https://prnt.sc/Pk2ToQUDE-6Y ). However, if you use custom user roles with the help of any membership plugin, then this issue might occur. Please make sure all the admin users have the WordPress user role Administrator . Thank you. We hope the above solution can resolve your issues. We’re marking this issue as resolved now. Thank you. Hi. Both users have admin access. Still not working. Can I get an update on this please? Both users are Admins and we’re still seeing the same problem. I’ve created 32 testimonials, and the other admin cannot see them, and he has created 1 testimonial, and I can’t view it on my end. Hi @singhwise As I have said earlier, our plugin doesn’t add any restriction between admin users and an admin user can view posts created by other admin users. This is default WordPress behavior. I have prepared a video for you to demonstrate this behavior. Please watch it here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zijop3vx6s0v0y3/testimonial.wmv?dl=0 You can create a staging environment and check the below steps to troubleshoot the issue in the staging site: 1. By changing the theme to twenty twenty-one 2. By deactivating all the plugins except the Testimonial slider 3. By creating two more admin users and check by creating testimonial posts & switching between them I hope you can identify the issue from the above steps. If you have any other issues, please let us know. Thank you. Have a nice day. We’re marking this issue as resolved now due to inactivity. Thank you.
