supportHi, I have just installed Sola Testimonials. In the setup options is asks: How long should your testimonial teaser be? (Specify number of words). I went with 20 words however when I look at my page, it has the persons name, the 20 words I expected but also the first part of the ladies profile before the “read more”. I was only expecting the name, the 20 word teaser and a “read more”. how can I resolve this as I don’t want to see the 1st part of the profile unless they click on “read more” I wanted to attach a screen shot here, but couldn’t… Thanks Lorraine https://wordpress.org/plugins/sola-testimonials/
Hi Lorraine. Sorry for only getting back to you now. Is there any chance you could send me a link to a page containing those testimonials? Just to confirm I understand correctly, additional text is being added to the end of the testimonial?
Hi, Here is the page: http://selfadvocatenet.wpstagecoach.com/speakers-bureau/ I have it defined as a 20 word teaser on the settings, so I would only expect to see the first 20 words +/- and then a “read more” but I am seeing the start of her profile joined on with the 20 word teaser. So I don’t know if I have done something wrong in the setup? Thanks Lorraine

Hi, Just to follow up further. I have created the testimonial on another test site and the results are the same as reported. Please follow: http://homeswp.com/test4/speakers-bureau/ This website has bare minimum plugins, so I don’t think it is to do with other plugins… Also our main theme Ya’aburnee is not installed on the test website. Hi Lorraine I apologize for the confusion, but Im not sure I understand what isn’t working as it should? Would you prefer that the excerpt/teaser of the testimonial appears further down the content and not right at the top?
