Terrible support, so many bugs, not reliable

I have been using this plugin for a while, luckily on a site with not so many orders daily, but there is so many bugs which are critical, that I do not understand how they can release something like this. INSANE. I have asked the support to fix it, unfortunately their developers are just guessing on how to fix it with no real solutions, just garbage code, add to functions.php, add there, add here, try this, try that,…..Seriously? If you need this plugin for real use, I strongly do not recommend it, I am a developer myself but this is a complete joke plugin. Look for some others, unless they fix all major bugs in this one, your customer will see wrong prices, wrong options titles, messed up email templates and so many other bugs you cant even imagine. I am writing this review after a few months of not being able to get a proper fix, they have been ignoring me and provided crappy support. Hello there, I’m sorry to read your negative evaluation. You wrote that our support was terrible, but I can’t find any topic on this forum by your side, so I don’t know that issue you occurred. May I ask you additional information?
