I have migrated the plugin (paid version) from my old website where it was working fine, to a new website using a theme leveraging Elementor. The plugin did not work at all in this environment and I have contacted Support. They do not respond in 24 hours as announced, I had to send a reminder, but this is not the most important. I was asked to communicate login and ftp codes which I did. As a result they inactivated all plugins, changed the theme to a standard one, and left it like that without a word of explanation. I don’t even know if they investigated or not. After that I had to fix the entire config, nothing was broken but it took me a while. I have now uninstalled the plugin which seems to have major compatibility issues with Elementor anyway and I don’t want to hear about it any more.
