The plugin does make simple badges that get the job done. However, when the product shows up in a “Most Recently Viewed” Widget, the badge overlays on the product making it unreadable and it looks terrible. I opened a ticket and did not expect a speedy response. I am, after all, using the free version of their product. After an extended wait (Which again, I didn’t mind since I am using a free version) I was told that this was a “custom” request, and I’d have to upgrade to the paid version where the issue was “fixed.” It’s not a custom request to ask for the layout to be correct in a common use case. In fact, I wasn’t asking them to fix it at all for me. I understand that free versions are limited, and usually have ads. I understand that developers really hope that you upgrade, after all, that’s how they will make their money. But paid versions usually have bonus functionality. I shouldn’t have upgrade to get something to actually work as intended by the developer.
