Terrible customer service and money back guarantee

I tried the plugin, only because they had money back guarantee. When the plugin did not work, I asked for the money back. They redirected me to the refund policy page and to reply after reading it, then they ghosted for a couple of mails, until I told I will give 1 star review if they do not act upon their money back guarantee. Then they responded this. “As you are not understanding any policies you accepted for during purchase. Now are are blackmailing for feedback. Refund policies are clearly mentioned on our refund page. I think you are a child and not understanding any rules. So, we have decided to refund you. You will get refund 3-5 business days.” Even though you gave money back your customer service is terrible, seem to have personal issues and take them unto their clients. Hence 1 star, I don’t recommend this, in case you need a quality plugin with great customer service.
