Terrible

First i paid for the pro plugin and i couldn’t download it. I wrote them and i got a response after a week. So i said finally i can use the pro version of the plugin. During this week i couldn’t download it, i found another much better plugin but i said, why not use this one if i paid for it? So i decided to install it and give it a try. Still i was dissapointed and i decided to delete it and ind install the other one which i liked better. The result? I delete it but it stays on my website. I can’t get rid of it. Is there any solution to that? I can’t use the other plugin now
