“Template Settings” button doesn’t work

Hi, I can’t open the template settings tab and consequently I can’t adjust the format of the date and time field. (see attached image) I have already tried disabling all the plugins and leaving only the one we are interested in. No positive feedback. I tried disabling themes, but again no solution. I tried doing various downgrades (6.5.2 to 6.5 until 6.4.2) In version 6.5, therefore the one before mine (6.5.2) I got an error that clarified the nature of the problem: react-dom.js?ver=18.2.0:73 Warning: ReactDOM.render is no longer supported in React 18. Use createRoot instead. Until you switch to the new API, your app will behave as if it’s running React 17.
