supportLove the plugin but I have a few issues. When publishing product via wcfm, it never finishes. I get a white overlay with infinite load screen. Before activating the plugin, Products would publish in few seconds and then say product published. It appears the product gets published and visible in store pages but has that never ending load screen visible to vendors when clicking publish in the backend. 2. Related products dont show play button. Im interested in Pro version and will purchase asap if you can guide me through this. thanks
Hello @jbartles Thank you very much for using our plugin. Could you please send me the link to the product page to check the issue with the play button? Best regards.

Hello @jbartles I visited your web page. The play/pause button is there, and it is functional. Please, look at the screenshot image: Furthermore, we have released a plugin update just now to fix the wcfm conflict. Please, install it, and let me know if the issue persists. Best regards.
Sorry I should have made myself more clear, The related products seen on single product pages do not show preview play button in title.
Hello @jbartles Please, untick the “Forces the audio player to be displayed in the product title” checkbox from the plugin settings page, accessible through the menu option “Settings > Music Player for WooCommerce”, to allow the plugin to display the players with the WooCommerce hooks. Best regards.
I updated but unfortunately the never ending loading screen still shows when trying to update or create product.
Hello @jbartles Please, indicate version number of your plugin copy. After installing the plugin update, I recommend to clear the browser and website caches. Best regards.
Ok that worked for related products.
Its fixed now with new update
Excellent !!!!
Thanks i will be making purchase later tonight
Another issue i have is that sometimes the previews don’t play when clicked or they take like 10 seconds to start. Any idea what could be causing that? Seems more of a server thing but thought id ask
Hello @jbartles Are you sure the issue persists after the plugin update? The plugin creates file copies for demos, and this copy can take some time based on your server resources and audio files’ sizes. Also, if a plugin for handling the website’s cache is installed on your website, it can intercept the audio file generation links for caching the files for demos. Best regards.
