Since updating to version 3.2.4 tax is not being calculated (or charged) in the cart or checkout pages of our Woocommerce application. Updating to 3.2.5 has not solved the issue. We needed to revert to 3.2.3 to keep it working. We are running WordPress 5.6.1 and Woocommerce 4.8.0. Are you aware of any issues with the plugin and is an update in the works? Thank you. Hi @gar1 , We are not currently aware of any issues regarding our plugin on those versions of WooCommerce and WordPress. For support regarding this issue please reach out to our support team at support@taxjar.com . That way we can find out more information about your site and determine what is occurring. Thanks! @gar1 sorry to hijack your thread but I don’t know how to pm you. Can I ask what plugin you’re referring to here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/remove-sales-tax-by-individual-order-or-user/ I am having the same issue @imagine2006 I’m sorry. I’m not sure I understand your question. The post you referenced was regarding the prevention of charging tax for wholesalers. The plugin referenced in that post was a custom plugin we wrote to mark customers as wholesalers so that they are not charged tax when shopping. In terms of this thread, in the latest versions of taxjar, they changed the way they collect the price of an item in the cart. We have custom price calculations so the updated taxjar plugin broke our tax calculation. My solution to that issue was to customize the taxjar plugin (one or two lines of code.) However this is not an ideal solution since I need to add the customization every time we update the plugin. Since it is a small edit, this works for us. I hope this helps.
