Dear Webdados team, I use Shop as a Client with the Pro add on and since a few eeks while I have the problem that the taxes are calculated wrong. My shop location is Spain and when I have a client from Germany that I wanna assign an order to, it always pulls me the tax settings for Spain. When I visit the shop in incognito mode however as a guest, the tax calculation is correct for each country. So there must be a problem with your plugin. Is this issue known already? Best, Kurt Hi @kurtberlin , No, this isn’t a known issue. How do you have your taxes set up? Can you send some prints. Independently of the logged-in user is you and not the customer, when you change the billing/shipping country, it should correctly update the taxes. We do not touch taxes at all, but please provide as much information as possible for us to try to replicate the issue. Hi Marco, thank you for your quick response! The issue was caused by another third party plugin called “Germanized” using the add on “One Stop Shop”. After deactivating it, everything works fine with Shop as a client and the taxes get calculated correctly. I already contacted the developer of the other plugin. Best regards Kurt 💃🕺
