supportHello, I am not sure but I believe your last update is causing an duplication on the Tags. When I activate your plugin I see an error on the Tags and this duplication: 1.Global site tag (gtag.js) AW-894599352 2.Global site tag (gtag.js) UA-42439574-1 3.Google Ads Remarketing Tag 894599352 4.Google Analytics UA-42439574-1 When I disable your plugin I see no error on the tags and only see this: 1.Global site tag (gtag.js) UA-42439574-1 2.Google Analytics UA-42439574-1 Could you kindly check? Kind regards David.
Oh, I forgot: The site is: https://tokyoto-luggage.fr And also, it happens in https://tokyoto-luggage.co.uk but with a different error. When I enable your plugin I see this error: “Invalid call to gtag(), the Global site snippet is not installed” on Google Tag Assistant. And When I disable your plugin I see not error on Google Tag Assistant Kind rgears, David.

The duplicate gtag shouldn’t be a problem, since one is for Google Analytics and the other one for Google Ads. The other error When I enable your plugin I see this error: “Invalid call to gtag(), the Global site snippet is not installed” on Google Tag Assistant. probably happens because the gtag is disabled in the plugin. If you re-enable the gtag the error should vanish: https://take.ms/dxaBy
Yes, I tried that and enable/re-enable many times, but the error is still there. The funny thing of all this is that if I go to Incognito the tags show no error and transmit the right requests: prodid, ecommpage, ecommtype… So not sure if all is working fine or not. A Mistery to me. Thanks for your great support and detailed attention though. David.
That sounds like there is more caching going on. Do you want to retry it? I can take some time to look into it now. If yes, please send me an email to support@wolfundbaer.ch
