Hello, I’m trying to change the Tab “Additional Information” to “Specifications” but the plugin isn’t working. I have changed and saved the new name in this section: https://i.postimg.cc/6qV4zVm2/Tab-1.png But on the WooCommerce page still displays the original Title https://i.postimg.cc/yxCSFpvC/Tab-2.png What I’m doing wrong? Best regards. Hey @felixcm , Thanks for getting in touch with us, and for sharing those helpful screenshots! It looks like everything is setup properly, so I wonder if this issue may be due to a conflict with your site’s theme. Could you please switch to a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen? If this resolves the problem, it looks like there’s a theme conflict. Could you please let me know how that testing goes? Can I help out with anything else? Cheers! Lindsey Hello Linsey, I’m currently using OceanWP theme, if I switch to a default theme, I’m going to lose any changes that I have done to my current theme? Best regards. Hey @felixcm , Good question! If you added your changes through a child theme, you shouldn’t lose any of those updates, but it’s always a good idea to test on a staging site. Does your host offer a staging site that you can use to test this safely? Cheers! Lindsey Hello lindsay, I changed the theme to twenty seventeen on a Staging site but the plugin still doesn’t work, here is a screenshot of the WooCommerce tabs. https://i.postimg.cc/13xDGFwp/tabs.png Best regards. Hey @felixcm , Thanks for trying that! While you’ve got access to the staging site, could you please try disabling all your plugins except for WooCommerce and Customizer? If this fixes the issue, it looks like there’s a conflict with one of your other site plugins. You can then try re-enabling your other plugins one-by-one to find out which one is causing the issue. Could you please let me know how that testing goes? Cheers! Lindsey Hello Lindsay, The plugin just started working without me doing nothing, is showing the right name on the tab now. Thanks for your help. Hey @felixcm , Great, thanks for letting me know! I wonder if this may have been due to caching issue, then. At any rate, I’m glad things are working well again! If you see this issue come up again, could you please let us know? Cheers! Lindsey Of course, thanks for your help.
