I have an eCommerce store and I would like to send the tracking numbers of my orders that I have in Google Sheets to Woo. I’ve been looking for plugins and found “AfterShip”, but they only get the information from WooCommerce, but don’t sync the data to WooCommerce. So I can connect to WooCommerce, but AfterShip will not sync the order with WooCommerce, only WooCommerce will sync the orders with AfterShip. Then I need to sync with Google Sheets and WooCommerce. Is there a way to achieve this? Hello, Our Plugin can change the order status bidirectionally and automatically between WooCommerce and Connected Google Sheets. To help us understand your issue or requirements better, could you provide more details? How do you set the tracking number in orders? Does it come from Google Sheets? What determines the tracking number? Any examples, screenshots, or videos would be helpful for us to assist you effectively. Thanks for your cooperation! I have the tracking number of each order in a column in Google Sheets. I add it manually when the courier tell me the number. I have installed AfterShip plugin to have the possibility of add a tracking number in each order because WooCommerce doesn’t provide you that by default. Now I want to send the tracking numbers that I have in Google Sheets to Woo so I have connected with Make, however there is no field called “Tracking Number” where I can send the data in Woo because that Tracking Number field is only provided by the AfterShip plugin. For that reason, I need any tool that help me to do that Our plugin syncs data with Google Sheets using AppScripts code. Unfortunately, manually adding a new column in the connected Google sheet isn’t supported. However, you can keep the Tracking Number as a WooCommerce Custom Order Field and sync it that way with our plugin. We would like to inform you that WooCommerce Custom Order Fields is a feature of our premium plugin. According to the forum guidelines, support for commercial products is not permitted in the forums .
