I published a survey, but I don’t see it on the page. I cleared my cache and viewed my page on a private browser not logged in. I have the free version, so all settings are default. Why won’t it show up? Your documentation doesn’t say I need to use the shortcode. That it should just show up after it is published. Is that correct? Survey page: https://snipboard.io/a24YJC.jpg The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hi @kaylag423 , Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble here! I took a look and noticed that there’s a console error which is likely why your survey isn’t appearing on your website. Here’s a screenshot: https://a.supportally.com/i/xOIPjw It looks like it’s being caused by another plugin. Here’s another screenshot: https://a.supportally.com/i/6PCsaS Would you be able to exclude UserFeedback files from being modified by the Site Ground Optimizer plugin? Once that console error is resolved, your surveys should work as expected. I hope this helps, but let me know if you have further questions. Thank you!
