I am using this plugin along with WooCommerce Subscriptions and Razorpay. The initial subscription purchase works successfully, and the first payment is captured without any issues. However, when the renewal payment is attempted, it consistently fails with the following error: Status: Failed Error: BAD_REQUEST_ERROR Reason: token_not_eligible The subscription is created successfully, but recurring charges are not processed. We have verified the basic configuration and the issue appears during automatic renewal attempts only. Could the plugin developers please clarify: What conditions cause a token to become ineligible for recurring payments? Are there any known compatibility issues with WooCommerce Subscriptions? Is there any additional configuration required for mandate/token creation? Are there specific payment methods that are not supported for subscription renewals? Any guidance or troubleshooting steps would be appreciated, as this issue is preventing successful recurring billing. Thank you.
