supportSubscribers should be redirected to home page upon login, but instead are being sent to the dashboard, and are confused by it. We don’t really change anything on the site, but this seems to happen every few months.. we get reports of swaths of subscribers not seeing the front end of the site, but the dashboard. Why would a redirect fail? Is something up with the plugin? The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link]
Hi @guerrilladigital , the team will check this out and get back to you.
Hi @guerrilladigital , We conducted extensive testing of the plugin on various websites, each featuring a unique combination of active plugins and themes. Unfortunately, we were unable to replicate the reported issue. To gain a better understanding, could you please provide more information? How frequently have you encountered this malfunction? Does it occur specifically after updating a plugin or during routine monthly website maintenance?
I don’t, personally, use the site, but our client has complained about this happening steadily over the last few weeks / months.
I’ve noticed that when I try to access a front end page, it sends me to the back end.. BUT, if i have my cache killer plugin in chrome activated, it will send me to the front end. It must have to do with how browsers cache your detection script? We do not have any sort of caching scenario on the site itself, because (if I remember correctly) that causes the plugin to not work at all.
Hi @ guerrilladigital Thank you for getting back to us, our team will check it out. We will keep you posted.
