After updating the plugin from version 2.0.3 to the latest release, all previously recorded subscribers appear to be missing. I understand that updates between 2.0.3 and the current version introduced a new data structure for subscriptions, and that a background migration task is meant to convert legacy data to the new model. However, I’m not seeing any scheduled cron actions or events related to this migration, and several hours later, no subscribers have reappeared. Is there a way to manually trigger the migration process? Alternatively, is there an intermediary version we need to install first to ensure the migration runs correctly? Hello @amwiseinternet , Thanks for reaching out, and we’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing an issue with the subscriber data after the migration. As you mentioned, you updated the plugin from version 2.0.3 to the latest release. Please note that 2.0.3 is quite an old version, and several structural changes have been introduced in the plugin since then. While the migration process is designed to handle these changes and migrate all subscriber data accordingly, it seems that it did not complete successfully on your setup. To assist you further with this migration and help ensure your subscriber data is properly restored, we kindly request you to contact our team here . They’ll guide you through the upgrade process and help you complete the migration. This reply was modified 8 months, 2 weeks ago by sangi00 . Hi @sangi00 , I reached out to your team at the link provided but haven’t received anything further. I have tried multiple versions of the plugin, 2.3.0 seems to be the highest version that retains the subscribers (although it appears the subscribers have now been duplicated from upgrading/downgrading the plugin). 2.5.x versions all appear to be broken in the administration with the settings being inaccessible. 3.0.5 is still missing the subscribers, is there an action I can trigger to start the migration (and potentially clean up duplicates)? Hello @amwiseinternet , We sincerely apologize for the delay in our response. Our team discovered that your email had unfortunately landed in the spam folder, which caused the delay.
