Hello, I am experiencing a very strange issue with this plugin when I try to exempt subscribers from having to pay for watching videos on my website. Although this plugin works perfectly fine with protecting my videos as can be seen here ( https://imgur.com/NHy2lqG ), the problem occurs when I exempt subscribers from having to pay for watching those videos. Instead of showing them unlocked video player, they get my video player shortcode which is not what I want to show them ( https://imgur.com/kgf8EJD ). Can anyone tell me why this is happening to me and how to fix it? Thank you very much.
