I am facing issues with form submission where it fails when trying to submit the form. I have Elementor and its form works normally. Now with the multi step form, there is failure. One point to be noted is that when I’m logged into WordPress, multi ste works, but when I log off or go to an anonymous tab, when trying to send, the “Submit Failed” message appears. The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hi, in the plugin tab you can find a troubleshooting tab. Please use that to control your mail config. if you can recieve from there the plugin should send as well. You can use tzhe plugin POST SMTP to have a better control of your mail config in WP. Hope that helps best regards, Mondula Team I have got the same error. When I am logged in, I can send a Multistep form, when I am not logged in, the message “submit failed” appears. In the troubleshooting tab the mail is sent. Regards, Jürgen Ok, I installed an SMTP plugin (WP Mail SMTP). Now I can send from the multi step form when I am not logged in.
