I have just started testing this plugin, looking for a Vimeo player which also allows a cover image. So far, it seems like a great plugin. One thing I can’t figure out is button styling. I can change the colour under branding, but I would also like to round the corners. In other topics such as https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plyr__control-button-color/ they mention adding it to custom CSS, but that seems to be a PRO feature and not available in the version in the repository? Adding the suggested CSS in my stylesheet doesn’t do anything. Hi @karl19 , 👋 Thanks for checking out Presto Player — glad to hear you’re enjoying it so far! You’re absolutely right — custom CSS styling (including button rounding, hover effects, etc.) is part of the Pro version of Presto Player. The free version allows you to change basic player branding options like colors, but more advanced visual customization is available only with Pro through the built-in Custom CSS field. If you’re experimenting and want to test how that looks, you can safely add the CSS once you upgrade — it’ll apply directly from the Presto Player settings panel without needing to modify your theme files. Hope that clarifies things! 🙂 Thanks @iamjaypie , then I know. We’ll have a think about which version to use.
