Hi Support, When your plugin is enabled it doesn’t show all the stripe field when editing an order on subscriptions or order page. Stripe uses 2 fields fx when showing the order was done via SEPA it will show Stripe Customer ID with input field and Stripe Source ID with input field. When your plugin is enabled you can only see the Stripe Source ID. We are often using these to set up subscription for customers. Would be great if this field isn’t hidden. Cheers, Rein Hi Rein, Can you let us know which Stripe plugin you are using? We can take a look and fix it. HI @dashify , we use the official one: https://woocommerce.com/products/stripe/ Thank you for confirming! We’ll prioritize this fix, and I will let you know once it’s been fixed. If I have any additional questions, I’ll ask them here. Hi @rridder , Thank you for your patience. Dashify 1.3.6, released today, has the fix for this. If the issue persists, let us know and we’ll be happy to investigate further. @dashify thanks for the update, right now it actually shows the transaction id, but now it hide the stripe source id :-). Both of them should be visible. Hopefully it’s a minor change. Certainly, let’s try to figure out what the problem is. I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue, however. Currently, this is what I see while editing the billing details of an order: and while editing the billing details of a subscription, I see: so I see the Transaction ID for an order, and the Stripe Customer ID along with Stripe Source ID for a subscription. Could you confirm that only the Stripe Customer ID shows while editing a subscription’s billing details? Also, to help further isolate the problem: Which view is it on, order or subscription—or both? Is it only on SEPA payments, or other types have the same issue? Once again, thank you for your patience. The change should indeed be minor once we identify the cause.
