I installed Cyan Backup plugin. When I started a backup, It is hanging at the last step. (Archiving SQL dump…). I saw the status log and it is showing the same. Since last 3 hours, its is showing the same thing. I tried this couple of times but no success. Can you help me in this regard? More than likely you’ve hit your max execution time on your server, check the value of it in your php.ini file. Hi, I have the same problem. Unfortunately for me it’s not possible to increase the execution time because it’s a shared server and this is policy of the host. More than likely you’ve hit your max execution time on your server, check the value of it in your php.ini file.

Hi, I have the same problem. Unfortunately for me it’s not possible to increase the execution time because it’s a shared server and this is policy of the host. Is there another way to get around this? thanks in advance. regards, Stephan
