i don’t think the insecure favicon issue is related to the burst issue, as a mixed content on a favicon would not block burst, and this icon also does not originate from burst. Do you have an ad blocker active maybe? Can you try a different browser? what version of Burst are you on currently?

Ad blocker (Brave browser) is turned off when viewing the burst dashboard page. Same result in Edge browser, dashboard still frozen. Burst version 3.5.1
To rule out a conflict with another plugin, can you install the https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ plugin, then enable troubleshoot mode on Burst, then disable all other plugins? With this plugin you can disable other plugins in troubleshoot mode, which means your website visitors see a normal website, while you can test on the back-end.
