Specify folder for uploads

It would be great if there were an option to specify the folder for any uploads. That way you could delete for example any comment attachements older than XX days/years. Some plugins to buld delete comments seem to work in a way that the comment attachements are left over. Then it’s very hard to delete content uploaded with DCO without deleting other content from your site too. For websites with a lot of comments that can quickly build up a few GB of useless data. Basically I would like to delete any comment image attachements for comments older than 1 year – without deleting the comment itself for performance reasons. Not possible with the current folder structure or missing a separate delete option from within DCO.
