It seems that all entries are going into GHL from Gravity Forms including ones marked as spam. How can I eliminate the spam entries from being sent to GHL? This is causing an incredible amount of frustration. I’m a paid user and I can’t seem to get an answer here or from the form I submit on your site? Hello Sorry for the delayed response! Our spam filter system will block those emails which does not have a valid MX Record set. If in Gravity Form it is marked as spam then it should not go to GHL. Can you share screenshot if the log for spam entries (For example: https://i.imgur.com/85NcYZx.png ) ? Assuming you are using latest version of our pro plugin. Hello Sorry for the delayed response! Our spam filter system will block those emails which does not have a valid MX Record set. If in Gravity Form it is marked as spam then it should not go to GHL.
