Hi, When the plugin(non-pro) is activated it crashes the whole admin with “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” I tried from an incognito browser window as well and received the same error. The plugin folder needed to be renamed, so word press would deactivate the plugin, to gain access to wp-admin again. The WordPress install is a multi-site install, and there are 42 active plugins. WordPress version: 6.1.1 PHP version : 7.4.33 plugin: VTRTS verion : 6.5 Im not sure if it is a conflicting plugin, but the error is not descriptive. Hello, This is not a visitor traffic plugin issue. The functions mentioned is a standard wooCommerce functions that should be available at that point. If it isn’t, another plugin is doing something funky causing it to not be available. Could you please try our plugin on another site? or please deactivate the plugins one by one and check again.
