Something Wrong with Insert Adsense PlugIn

Hello, I was working on my wordpress.org site ( http://getting-paid-to-take-surveys-guide.com/ ) and published a page and went to review it and I noticed that my Adsense plugin (Insert Adsense) was not working. I tried to troubleshoot but had no luck so, I uninstalled the plugin. Waited about 15 minutes then checked my FTP to make sure the file (Insert Adsense) was gone. Which it was so, I went back to Install New Plugins and tried to install the “Insert Adsense” PlugIn and got this message when I went to Activate the plugin. “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.” I stopped by here to seek help and I see that other people are having problems too. I believe it’s the PlugIn and not the Theme V3.8. I have a total of 9 sites on wordpress and tried to Install the same plugin there and got the same message. I hope someone can help or at least let me something.
