supporthello i love your work but i cant make it work with some of my spline files example https://prod.spline.design/AeZjyaJub7-0O9pm/scene.splinecode works fine but this one impossible : https://prod.spline.design/O5E4yevk53rRGHQP/scene.splinecode ( i tried some other as well that i cant make work ) plz help
ps: i tried to delete all animation in spline and let only the asset ,also try to modify the window size (full screen responsive and small 500 x500 ) nothing seems to work excuse me my english is not that good thanks in advance for your response
Hi @remikief , thank you for trying this plugin and bringing this issue to my attention. I have tested the url you are having issue with at my end, and it is working I got spline model working see this image . To solve your issue, try the steps mentioned below please. Check Console for Errors : If you are familiar with browser developer tools, check the console for any error messages when you try to load the spline file. Plugin Conflicts : Disable other plugins temporarily to check if there is a conflict. Update : Ensure that both WordPress and my plugin are updated to the latest versions. also try to give the model sometime to load, when I tried it loaded after a few seconds, do lmk

Hi @remikief , I have released an update for the plugin which should fix the problem of spline model loading. Please update the plugin to latest and try it again, if issue still exists let me know, for better assistance try to create a video of the issue may be with software like loom etc and share the link with me.
