Hi support, I have set the max width and height to 2400 pixels and it works (e.g. 9885 x 6590 is resized to 2400 x 1600). But now I have uploaded an image with the size of 1004 x 2573 pixels, which isn’t resized to 2400 pixels (also tried the other orientation 2573 x 1004 pixels). Somehow I suspect it is because of the size/dimension. Is there some kind of minimum width/height which has to be exceeded so the plugin resizes the images? Not a big problem, just wondering if this is the expected behaviour or I’m missing something. Best regards, Michael Hi Michael, That should have been resized given your settings. I just tested it on a few different images to make sure everything was still working and even a 2048px image was resized down to 2000px. Can you share the image or an example image that isn’t working so I can test it? Sure, here the image: https://we.tl/t-ElCDIbxCEU I just tested it by uploading another image with the exact same dimensions, and there it worked. So yes, it looks like a specific problem with this image file. So if you don’t find the cause, no worries, it probably is just pure chance that I even stumbled upon this very specific problem 😉 Thanks a lot and best regards, Michael Hrm… yeah, I tested it a few different ways and for some reason, the first time I uploaded it, it went through the standard WordPress scaling for images over 2560. I changed some settings in Imsanity, removing then adding the dimensions again, deleted that file and then re-added it and, for whatever reason, it seems to work now. I tried a few times, a few different ways, and changed settings repeatedly but it seemed to fix it. So, I think I would suggest that (changing some settings) and see how things go. Otherwise, I don’t know what is going on but it seems like a fluke of some sort with that file. I would say let’s chalk it up to that for now. I’ll keep testing it and if you come across anything again, please let us know! Thanks a lot, really strange but as I said, no big deal!
