supportHello! My snapcode photo does not upload to my site (I used a png file). Instead a small box appears on the site and in it says: http://upload%20snapcodeonsnapchat . Installation was only 2-3 steps so I have no idea what I could have done wrong to cause this. (site is set up locally so I am not able to show you) Please advise – thanks! Hi Jess, It looks like that may be an issue with how the file was uploaded to the media library. To confirm, are you able to upload images normally via any post/page? Thanks, Phil
Yes – I haven’t had a problem uploading any images (just uploaded a new image to test and it was fine). I’ve tried re-downloading the snap code as well and no luck. It still does not appear – same http://upload%20snapcodeonsnapchat appears on the page. Starting to get really frustrated.
Hi Jess, Unfortunately I’m not able to replicate this issue in my testing site, and without your site being online it’s very difficult to guess what the issue might be. You could try deactivating all plugins and checking if this fixes the issue. If it does, then it means there is a plugin conflict somewhere. You can then try re-activating each plugin one at a time to pinpoint where that issue is coming from. Where is the text “snapcodeonsnapchat” coming from? Is that the name of the image file? We don’t have any reference to this string in the plugin, so I’m slightly confused as to where that’s being generated. again, it may be a clue as to which plugin is causing the problem. If you’re able to find the plugin which is impacting the upload, or manage to upload your site so it is online, please let me know and I’ll see if I can help 🙂 Phil
Is there an email address where I can send you screenshots / images?
Nevermind – I’m giving up on this. Created a different workaround.
