I’ve created a Smart Offer Upgrade for a product. The upsell product was not offered on the /checkout/order-received/ page. Help appreciated. Hello, Thank you for trying our plugins! First I would like to tell you that please make sure to check all the feature settings are being done properly. We have provided documentation and videos for this. For “Smart Offer Upgrade” – This feature doesn’t work if the Global Funnel feature is enabled for the similar funnel, so take care of this also. Also if you are using free version then make sure to check supported payment gateways. If this is still not working then please let us know we will help you.
