Hi David, for some reason my Accordion Slider plugin was deleted. I have no idea what happened. Has this happened before with your plugin? One day is was there and the next day it just disappeared….How do I get my previous settings? The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hi. This wasn’t reported before and I’m not sure how this could happen. It would need more investigation, maybe withe the help of the hosting provider. Maybe some access or error logs could tell what happened. Did the plugin disappear completely or is the accordion-slider directory still in wp-content/plugins/accordion-slider? If the accordion is just deactivated, the settings are preserved, but if it was uninstalled from the Plugins page, the plugin cleans all its data. Maybe a backup could restore it. Best, David Thanks David, will keep you posted. I will check wp-content/plugins/accordion-slider, maybe it’s still there. Thanks for the quick response! Plus I can always install a back up…… Could you please guide me to what error logs I might look at? I’m not sure what error should you look for, as this issue is quite unexpected and I’m not aware of a situation that could cause this. However, you could look for anything that references the accordion slider in both the access logs and error logs, just in case you find any clues. Best, David Hi David, I checked the log/error files and found nothing related. I should be able to do a backup. I’ll keep you posted. Cheers Hi. Thank you for letting me know!
