supportPlanning to switch to AIOSEO soon. Before doing that, I wanna know if the default XML sitemap generated by this plugin works fine alongside server-level caching or third-party cache plugins? Pls let me know.
Hi @angie355 , Yes, absolutely! AIOSEO’s XML sitemaps generally work very well alongside server-level caching and caching plugins. The main recommendation we make is to exclude sitemap URLs from aggressive caching whenever possible. That helps search engines always fetch the freshest sitemap data after you publish or update content. We’ve covered the recommended setup here: https://aioseo.com/docs/excluding-the-xml-sitemap-from-caching/ Outside of that, AIOSEO sitemaps are designed to be very cache-friendly and work well even on large, heavily cached production sites.
