I want to create coupons for local businesses and offer them to new home buyers. Each home buyer can use each coupon only once. I also need to limit which coupons they see based on their neighborhood (via zip code or county). Can I do that with this plugin? Thx Hi, Thanks for the interest in the Coupon Creator plugins.
