review · 5 starsI have tried dozens of “similar” chat apps however they ALL left me needing more. OnWebChat exceeded my expectations. The main requirement that I had was that I run 5 businesses – all that need their own live chat experience. My problem was that all other chat apps would each be independent. Juggling 5 live chats, plus emails, plus texting, plus social is way too much. With OnWebChat I can reuse the same chat code which means that I now have one centralized screen where I can provide assisstance to all my live chats. It literally could not be any easier. Features such as having multiple users, online/offline times, AI integration, triggers etc. make it even more valuable of a tool. I also REALLY like their business model. The app is incredibly affordable considering the amount of value you are going to get out of it. I have made plenty of sales via the live chat on my sites and I always promote this app as being the number 1 go to plugin for live support/chats. The team does a fantastic job and are always rolling out updates. This plugin will solve the majority of your issues you have with current live chat plugins.
