supportThis topic was here previously, 9 months ago. Post was: On the Admin->USERS screen the User Online Status shows correctly. Further when the User Type (i.e., Administrator, Subscriber, etc.) filter is selected, all work EXCEPT User Online. This filter is not applied and ALL USERS are displayed. Is this a future enhancement? This is a key feature and without it, it’s almost a waste of time. If I have 1000 users and163.5 of them and their dog are online, that’s the Filter (users online) we need for this to be really useful. Scrolling thru pages to see who they are is not time well spent. Was NOT in the last update. 2.8 🙁 Please..please. I can see value, but need this Filter to work.
Thanks for the follow-up. You’re right — the “User Online” filter currently doesn’t apply correctly when used with other filters like User Type. This is a known issue and has been flagged with our product team. It wasn’t included in the 2.8 update, but we understand its importance and will keep pushing for it. Appreciate your patience and feedback!
Version 2.9 installed, and I am sooo happy to see this filter now working. Much appreciated. Makes this plugin 100% more valuable. Thanks to all that made that happen. Brilliant. Cheers
Appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback — it means a lot to the team!
