Hi, I am having difficulty on my menus page with the “Manage with live preview” button. It shows items that are marked as “Hide” but not those that are marked as “Show”, regardless whether the contry listed is UK or USA. I am in the UK. I have uploaded the 2 files to: wp-content/uploads/geoip/GeoIPv4.dat wp-content/uploads/geoip/GeoIPv6.dat Any ideas? Regards, John. This topic was modified 8 years, 5 months ago by johnk32 . Menu preview still does not work correctly with WP Statistics deactivated. I have the Twenty Twelve theme. PLEASE NOTE – UPDATE: Until now I have been using an old menu I created some months ago when I first tried Country.specific menu items. Now I have CREATED a NEW menu from scratch. Things are a bit different with this new menu. – “Only show” in USA excludes it for me, in UK – “Hide from” UK does not exclude it for me <– PROBLEM – Not sure whether “Only show” in UK excludes it for all other countries – Now “Only show” in UK excludes it for me, in UK ! This plugin does not seem to be working as well for me as it does for quite a few other users so I think it would be wise to look for possible anomilies on my system in order to increase my chances of getting meaningful support. Next port of call – look for possible duplicate / confilcting entries in SQL database for plugin. Marking as resolved. It might be a while before I complete investigations outlined in previous post.

I also have WP Statistics plugin which uses geoip. Could that conflict? Menu preview still does not work correctly with WP Statistics deactivated. I have the Twenty Twelve theme.
