supporthello, i am unable to get the pay with razorpay button using the shortcode. Please provide a solution. shortcodes i tried: 1. <[RZP]> 2. [RZP]

The problem is not resolved – have tried with version 1.2.1
Hello @tushargangoly We will definitely help here to resolve this issue. We need some information, 1) Are you using any custom theme? if yes then can you please try to make a payment with any of the default themes. 2) After installing version 1.2.1, please clear the browser cache or try incognito mode. 3) Can you please try to disable all other plugins and try to make a payment (To confirm whether any other plugin conflicting with quick payment or not) If you are still facing the issue after following the above-mentioned steps then please raise the ticket here This reply was modified 5 years, 8 months ago by Chetan .
Hi Chetan, 1) Are you using any custom theme? if yes then can you please try to make a payment with any of the default themes. I don’t have any other payment gateway to test this with. Please guide. 2) After installing version 1.2.1, please clear the browser cache or try incognito mode. Have tried this, however the Custom fields do not show: ‘name’ of the product. ‘description’ of the product. ‘amount’ with a minimum of 1 rupee. 3) Can you please try to disable all other plugins and try to make a payment (To confirm whether any other plugin conflicting with quick payment or not) There are 25 odd plugins on my live site, hence cannot start deactivating them. @tushargangoly 1) If you are using any custom theme then sometimes there might be chances that this custom theme has the conflict with plugins. So can you please try to use any of the default themes for testing purposes and try to make the payment! 2) To enable the custom fields follow these steps: Click on Options -> Enable the custom filed by clicking checkbox -> click on enable & reload Now you can see the custom field in your dashboard. Next, you need to add name, description, amount fields by clicking on Enter New option.
The Razorpay shortcode is now working on the WordPress website. I re-read the instructions and now understood that the Custom Fields have to be ‘ created ‘ by the admin. Was given to understand that the amount, description etc were auto-generated. Having resolved that, my next questions are: 1. How can the Razorpay button on the website be linked to one of the existing Payment Page which has already been created previously? 2. How can we receive payment from an international user (Kuwait)? We sent the RazorPage URL to her, but she reported was not able to transfer through that.
