Mail Template and other options not acessing

Im using Post Status Notifier Lite Plugin in setting section there are options such as Mail Template,Recipient List which are not displaying the template but instead images for HTML images,mail queue,recipient list, customizable notification rules and many options and if we click it redirect to particular link. How this Mail template, Recipient List will work. Is there any paid version to be installed or some thing else setting to be done. Also is this plugin allowing to sent more than one post,page or custom post type in an email.
