Hi, I have an issue whereby my purchase events don’t show any event data layer. So I am hoping this plugin will assist with that. I’m just not sure what settings to have on/use. We have a Tag script running in the header & body of the site already. So what should the setting then be in the plugin? https://jmp.sh/NluamM00 Hello @maginem , thank you for reaching out. I apologise for the confusing description of the setting options. You can check “Yes, I inject GTM snippets differently”, that option will prevent doubled GTM injection. Nevertheless it’s highly recommended to inject GTM snippets via our plugin, especially when you use our Consent Mode Banner plugin, which easily integrates with tracking plugin. All the best, Michał from Tag Concierge This reply was modified 1 year, 9 months ago by Tag Concierge . Hi Michal, Thank you for the feedback. I already use the Cookie Yes consent mode banner/service, but will keep yours in mind should I decide to try something else in future. Hi Michal, so I’ve setup the plugin etc. but I still don’t see any purchase info (data layer information) coming through to my GA. I.e. there is no revenue information etc. I can see purchases being made, but the info related to that purchase isn’t being recorded in GA. What am I missing? Hello @maginem , sorry for delayed reply. I would need your store url and GTM debug preview url in order to debug this issue. If you don’t want to disclose it here, please contact us at contact@tagconcierge.com . All the best, Michał from Tag Concierge Hi, It seems the data layer info is now pulling through to GA. Thank you. Great, I am glad the problem has been solved. All the best, Michał from Tag Concierge
