supportThis is a “Clean Talk” problem. I was notified this morning that I have 7 infected files on the website mentioned above. I re-ran the scan and now 9 files show “infected”. In the past, I’ve sent each file for “cloud analysis”. That option isn’t available for any of the files. I tried the “cure” option AND “replace with original file” options but that didn’t solve the problem. How can I get further analysis before I delete the files and possibly crash my site??? I’m using chrome browser on a windows 11 PC. My hosting is with Site Ground. The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link]
Hello, Possibly, there was an error in plugin signatures recently. We recommend pressing the ‘Synchronize with Cloud’ button, waiting 15 minutes, and starting a malware scan again. Did it help?
