I really like your plugin! We have a technology oriented website and its a great add for the newer folks. I do have one problem. Some of our acronyms end up being used in shortcodes to access things that are not really related to the acronym definitions. Is there some way to turn off the acronym/abbreviation html substitutions with parts of a page to solve this problem?
