Hi Michael, Thank you for your review, but this should really be in the support forum where I can help you with any issues. Leaving a 1 star review without asking for help first is a little unfair. To answer your question, it sounds like you are trying to upload the zip package directly from Snapchat. After downloading the zip, you should extract the png image file from it. For more information on how to do this, you may find the following guides useful: Windows – http://www.wikihow.com/Open-a-.Zip-File-Without-Winzip Mac – http://support.topspinmedia.com/hc/en-us/articles/204262713-How-to-extract-a-zip-file-on-a-Mac Alternatively, if you click this link you should be able to download the PNG image version directly. Then you won’t need to mess around with any ZIP files 🙂 If you need any more help please let me know. Thanks, Phil
Hey Phil, The alternative link is what I did the first time, I also just tried it again via the link you provided and it still downloaded into a “Text Edit Document” as all the other files? Not sure what else I am doing wrong. My name is Michaela not Michael just FYI And i thought this was the support forum I didn’t realize it was the review page feel free to delete if you wish (i am knew to all this stuff btw) and I did ask for your help and i was going to change it once I got a reply as i didn’t think it was permanent. Thanking you
Hi Michaela, sorry for the name mixup! You should save the PNG file to your computer rather than open it as a text document. It’s quite difficult to say what might be causing that though. Are you on Windows or Mac? This guide might also be able to help with that. In essence, you need to download the image to your computer, then use this in the widget options. We’re unable to delete reviews, but you are able to change the rating if you wanted to. I’d really appreciate it if you could do that, as this plugin is now rated 3 stars out of 5, which may put a lot of people off. Let me know how you get on with the PNG image. If you’re still having problems with it then it might be worth helping via email so I can upload the image for you if required. Thanks, Phil
Hey Phil, I am using a Mac – I tried your method, for anyone else who might have the same issue (for mac users) I duplicated the file that I downloaded and saved it as a PNG and I was able to load it. FINALLY! Thank you heaps for your help How do I edit the star rating? Thanks again Phil
