Hi, Is there a way to schedule a run in the background for this plugin? I would use WP Cron to schedule jobs. Any suggestions? Thank you. Hello. What exactly do you want to run on a cron? The purpose of the plugin is to run when visitors visit pages. There is no option to run anything on cron. I was thinking to run the scan on all posts once a month. I have hundreds of links with external article resources spread across many posts and I am not sure all the pages would get accessed in a month. And I thought to do a monthly check of those resource links just to be proactive in case some links become broken. @mmatei The plugin isn’t designed to do that. Running full scans is what times out a lot other plugins and made me write this plugin as a workaround method. I would recommend an offsite scanner that runs on a schedule. There are some recommendations on the multi-scan page. This reply was modified 9 months, 4 weeks ago by Aristocles . That makes sense. Thanks
