scammers!!! Their plugins are very stupid, technical support unsubscribes once a day and then not in essence. I paid for their plugin, but using it is complete trash. I refused their services, and now a year later, at night, I see that payment for another year for their services is deducted from my account !!! Deceivers!!! I bought a subscription for only 1 year!!! Hi @stelvova Sorry to hear you’ve had a bad experience. We are improving our support capacity and are happy to help if you have a current issue. We believe our site makes it clear the premmium plugins are an annual subscription to retain access to support and updates, to ensure the continual development and improvmenet of our plugins, but we will look at making that clearer. With regards to your subscription, this was refunded and cancelled yesterday inline with your request.
