review · 1 starsI bought the plugin yesterday and unfortunately, I noticed after a short time that its not going to fit my needs. They promote their 30 days refund guarantee, but unfortunately it’s not true. I asked for it one hour after I bought the extension to cancel it ASAP before the money transfer even takes places. I explained my issue via ticket, but they told me that it doesn’t fit their refund policy. So careful before buying, their 30 days refund policy is a marketing scam!

First of all, I would like to inform you that we always allow our customers to check the full plugin functionality by registering for the plugin demo. Also, we allow them to check the Lite/Free version of the plugin, which is where this review is located. As for our Refund Policy, please keep in mind that if a product you purchased corresponds to its description and provides the features and functions stated therein, no refund will be granted if a product has already been downloaded. So I’m not sure I understand what 30-day refund guarantee you’re referring to.
