So, I had to buy TRX from outside and send it to them, just to get my own money back. And you know what? When I tried to withdraw my funds, I got an error, and my TRX got snatched away! I tried depositing from my own pocket twice, and still got the same error. And when I reached out to their so-called “support” team, they ignored me for three whole days! Can you believe it? So, I decided to test them out as a new client, using a VPN. And guess what? They were online and active, answering all my questions in real-time! But when I tried talking to them as a scammed user, they ignored me like I was nothing! This has happened to me more than once, and let me tell you, you better stay away from this platform!
