Hi when this plugin is activated it works flawlessly, however, using Salient theme for some reason it makes the menu options (for salient) for changing the style of the button disappear. This is under appearance > menus > and then a custom link. Is this a salient issue or an issue with your plugin? Without your plugin activated salient settings appear fine.
