supportI would like to offer users with physical rewards. Eg.5000 points gets a book or a gift certificate. Can you tell me how to go about doing this. Has anyone done this before. Thanks for your help https://wordpress.org/plugins/captain-up/
Tallis1970, Thanks for using Captain Up! In the admin panel, go to the “Users” tab. You will find a list of all your users, points they have, badges they earned, etc. From there it is easy to select a user and send them a direct inbox message, including details for prizes you’d like you promote. Additionally, I’m glad to let you know we’re also working on a more conditional and automated way to give out “rewards” to users. This feature hasn’t launched yet and we’re working hard on getting it out there as soon as we can. Feel free to contact team@captainup.com for more details – Ido
